By making a purchase through the Jeff Ng Photography website you as the purchaser are agreeing to the following policies, terms and conditions.

 

Copyright

All content on this website is owned by JN & JG Partnership (trading as Jeff Ng Photography). Express permission of the owners is required for the copying, reproduction, resale or commercial use of any content. If you would like to use an image or other content commercially, please Contact us.

Payments and pricing

Payment options

All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments (including debit cards) through our online store.  

Pricing

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST for New Zealand customers.

 

Please Contact us if you are outside of New Zealand as pricing and shipping costs will need to be established.

Taxes and duties

Payment of any international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We don't accept any responsibility or liability for costs of this nature.

Processing and shipping

Order processing

We aim to review and process all orders within one to five working days.

Note: Any custom orders, or large and varied orders may take a little longer but we'll process these as soon as we can.

Once an order has been submitted with a printing provider their processing time is typically 5-15 working days depending on the size of the order and work queue.

 

Shipping

Anything we're shipping directly will be sent using NZ Post or a similar courier service. 

 

Items submitted with a printing service will be shipped using their preferred shipping provider.

Privacy

When you visit this website we may collect information about your device, your interaction with the content and the necessary details to process your purchase or respond to an enquiry.

Device information

When you visit this website, we may automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the site. This may include:

  • Your IP address

  • Web browser type and operating system

  • Time zone and approximate geographic location

  • Pages viewed and navigation patterns

  • Search terms or referral sources (e.g. arriving via a search engine or social media link)

Disclosure

Where any issue arises in using our website features or processing a payment we may need to engage with the providers to help resolve an issue and this may require their review of site log files, cookies, tags etc.

Order information

Purpose

We collect information in order to provide the product or service you have requested, process your payment, arrange for shipping, provide an invoice and other confirmations relating to order and payment processing. We'll also communicate with you about our products and services including any new items or specials, and you can choose to opt out of these if you wish.

Information collected

You will provide us with your name, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, email address and payment information. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else you will also provide the recipient's name, delivery address and a contact phone number. 

Disclosure

Where a purchase will be sent directly from the printer, we'll need to provide them with the details of the order, recipient's name, delivery address and potentially a phone number.

Where information is stored

All information is held primarily within the website database. This website is built using Wix and supported apps, and may use tools such as Google analytics, and payment partners.

Compliance with New Zealand Privacy laws

Where matters of information management and privacy arise we refer to the Privacy Act 2020 for specific guidance and requirements.

Minors

This site is not intended for use by minors. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information please Contact us using our enquiry form to request deletion.

Queries about your information

If you have any questions or concerns about the information we collect or how its used please Contact us using our online enquiry form.

Returns and refunds

Items are generally printed on demand to fill a specific order. All orders are considered final once the item/s requested have been submitted for print with the respective printing service.

Amend an order

If you wish to make a change to an order you have submitted, please Contact us as soon as possible with the details of the change you wish to request.

Please note: We can only make changes prior to us submitting your order with the printing service as we are obligated to pay them at this point.

Damages

Orders shipped directly from a printing service should be covered by the freight company. If an item looks damaged upon arrival, inspect it before accepting the delivery where possible. 

Where we have packaged items for shipment by NZ Post or other courier or freight company, care has been taken to protect these. We cannot control the handling by the respective freight company and there should be recourse through the provider.

Returns

As we print on demand, we only accept returns if an error has occurred in the processing of an order and you have received the wrong image or product. If we are at fault we will cover the freight for the item to be returned and we'll process the correct order.

Refunds

As we print on demand, we take care to ensure the correct image and product type is processed to fulfil the order as received.

 

All orders are considered final once the item/s requested have been submitted for print with the printing service as we are obligated to pay them at this point. We don't process refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind. You may request an amendment to an order prior to its submission with the printing service. See 'Amend an order' section above.

If we have provided you with the wrong image or product, we'll handle the return as above and process the correct order.
